A deeper look into the experience your business creates.
Every business creates an experience.
From the moment someone discovers your brand, visits your website, schedules an appointment, walks through your door, communicates with your team, and receives your service, each interaction shapes how they see your business.
The Outside In Business Assessment gives you an outside perspective: how your business is actually being experienced, and where the opportunities are to create a stronger connection between your clients, your team, and your operations.
My approach is different.
I start with the experience.
Rather than starting with a list of problems or assumptions, I begin by understanding what your clients experience:
What happens when someone first discovers your business?
Does your messaging create the expectations you want it to?
Is the process clear and seamless from the client's perspective?
Where might confusion, frustration, or missed opportunities exist?
How do your internal processes shape the experience your clients receive?
Then I follow that journey backward, because the client experience and the internal operations of your business are always connected.
How I work
-
1) Experience
I begin as your client would. Your website, your booking process, your messaging, how someone finds and connects with you before they ever speak to your team.
-
2) Observe
For local practices, I come to you and experience it firsthand, the arrival, the flow, the interactions, the details that are easy to miss when you're inside it every day. Virtually, this happens through a live walkthrough and direct access to your systems, so I'm still seeing the real thing, not a description of it.
-
3) Investigate
Once I've experienced the journey, I go deeper, into your workflows, your team's roles, your systems, and the processes creating the experience your clients receive.
-
4) Connect
This is where it comes together. I trace the gaps, the friction, the missed opportunities back to what's actually causing them.
-
5) Recommend
You receive a clear, prioritized roadmap, what to address first, what can wait, and where I see room to grow.
You'll receive clarity on what is happening inside your business.
A comprehensive assessment
A prioritized roadmap
Strategic recommendations
Clear next steps
No two assessments look exactly alike
Every business is different, so I go wherever your business tells me to go. If a practice's biggest issue is booking and follow-up, that's where I look. If it's the gap between what you promise and what clients actually experience, that's where I look.
This isn't a checklist. It's an investigation.
What to expect
What to expect
Timeline: Most assessments are completed within 1-2 weeks of your onboarding visit or call.
Investment: Starts at $1,850, and includes the full process - experience, observation, investigation, and a prioritized roadmap, delivered as a written report with a live walkthrough call to review it together. Final investment depends on the size and complexity of your practice. Travel is billed separately for on-site visits outside the Chippewa Valley.
Format: Virtually, or in person for businesses in the Chippewa Valley area.
What happens after the assessment?
Once we understand what's happening, you have options.
Take the insights and run with them.
You'll receive a clear picture of what we've uncovered, along with recommendations you can take back to your team and implement yourself.
Hand it off to your team.
If you already have the right people in place, I'll give them the clarity and direction they need to move forward.
Have my team help you implement.
If you know what needs to change but don't have the time or capacity to make it happen, my team can step in and help bring the recommendations to life.
What clients are saying
-
"Before Holly, I was drowning in client messages and management tasks with little time to enjoy the success I was actually building. Within 60 days she had built out our entire ClickUp workspace with custom systems and protocols and my workload instantly dropped. My team felt more in control, and honestly so did I. Over two years, Holly has helped us build the kind of business infrastructure I didn't even know I was missing performance dashboards, hiring and onboarding processes, a full operations playbook, and systems that scale as we grow."
— Kim S. | Med Spa Owner
-
"Holly started by auditing our entire practice to understand exactly where we were losing time and efficiency. From there she built out our workflows, created training manuals, and put a real team structure in place, including onboarding, compliance, conflict resolution, and progress tracking. What I didn't expect was having someone in my corner on an ongoing basis. Our biweekly check-ins gave me a space to think through decisions, stay ahead of issues, and actually lead my practice instead of just surviving it. Holly didn't just fix what was broken. She helped me show up as the CEO I always wanted to be."
— Ruth S. Registered Dietitian | Private Practice Owner
-
"Holly guided us through a complete system migration, from our old EMR to Jane App; making sure every piece of the backend was set up correctly and stayed compliant throughout. She handled the transition, updated our website, and moved our entire social media scheduling system over without us missing a beat. What felt overwhelming became completely manageable. We didn't just switch systems, we came out the other side more organized than we'd ever been."
