What to expect

Discovery Call

When you book a Discovery Call, you will be provided with a Zoom video link so that we can  meet to learn more about your business needs, goals, and pain points. We will start the call by asking you a few questions to see if we are the best fit for your business.

Invoice

If we agree that we’re the right fit for each other, you will receive an invoice and contract within 24 hours, which will cover the first month of services and list the tasks I will take on. These will be due before the start of services and before onboarding.

Onboarding

Once we receive your initial payment, we will schedule an initial onboarding call. We will gather all the necessary information to get started like login credentials and access to relevant tools, to ensure a smooth transition. During this step, we will also discuss project timelines, expectations, and standard operating procedures.

We do the work

Once we have completed the onboarding process, we will start working on your projects. We will keep you updated so that you know that we are making progress. In addition, we will schedule a regular standing meeting to discuss project status, upcoming tasks, and any new developments.
